Stockage

The products are stored in areas designed to ensure good storage conditions.
Handling is ensured using gantry cranes that cover the entire factory yard.

LABORATORY

The factory is equipped with a well-equipped laboratory and a skilled team that conducts the necessary analyses for raw materials and the components of the pipe, as well as the required tests to ensure the product’s quality throughout the various stages of production.

Additionally, a team of qualified technicians is available to assist clients in resolving installation issues encountered on-site or to provide follow-up and necessary repairs as part of the maintenance of the installed network.

PIPE ASSEMBLY

The usual types of assembly for concrete pipes and special fittings are:

Flexible assembly with rubber O-ring :
Used for FB, FTI, and AT types, it guarantees a connection between the male and female ends of the two pipes.

Rigid assembly by welding :
Designed for the assembly of AT and FTI pipes, which withstand very high longitudinal tensile stresses.
